MLP RETURN/PICKUP POLICY
BULK PRODUCTS
- Bulk products (mulch, gravel, aggregate, sand, soil, etc.) are not returnable.
- Bagged bulk products are not returnable.
IN-STORE RETURN CRITERIA
- Material purchased no more than 30 days prior to return.
- The customer must have a purchase receipt.
- Minimum of one layer of pavers/wall block or ½ ton of stone.
- Pavers/wall blocks must be in a correct layer format as provided by the manufacturer.
- This format can be provided by your salesperson.
- Material is in original, uninstalled condition (not dirty, chipped, broken, etc.).
- The salesperson or manager has the right to decline a return for any reason.
- A restocking fee may apply.
PICKUP RETURN CRITERIA
- Material purchased no more than 30 days prior to return.
- The customer must have purchase receipt.
- Minimum of 2 full pallets of pavers or wall blocks.
- Minimum of 2 full pallets of stone.
- Pavers/wall block must be in the correct layer format as provided by the manufacturer.
- This format can be provided by your salesperson.
- Material is in original, uninstalled condition (not dirty, chipped, broken, etc.).
- The material must be in an accessible location.
- A picture showing that all of the above criteria are met must be provided to your salesperson before a pickup is scheduled.
- A pickup fee is charged for all pickups.
- The salesperson or manager has the right to decline a return for any reason.
- A restocking fee may apply.
